Jazmine has over 17 years’ of experience in the real estate industry with professional experience in marketing, investment consultancy, compulsory land acquisition, valuation, and asset management.
Having been based in Malaysia previously, Jazmine used to head up a strong and dynamic International Project Sales division in a global real estate firm Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) after it’s acquisition of her division from a Malaysian owned real estate consultancy firm, Henry Butcher Malaysia. Her division specialised in marketing residential developments in London, Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Perth & Adelaide), US, Japan and Singapore. She is seen as the market leader and one of the pioneers in marketing London residential development in Malaysia holding a strong client base and an excellent sales track record.
Jazmine also consults Malaysian & Singaporean developers to develop overseas properties in the areas of sourcing, development consultancy, strategy as well as marketing. She ensures the clients are well taken care of from the start to the finish product.
Since 2006, her international project marketing team sold over 2,000 units in international projects across Australia, London, US and Singapore markets.
Jazmine has represented reputable developers like Zeckendorf and Millennium Partners for projects in Manhattan New York and downtown Boston. Her key milestones for Australia residential projects include Coburg Hill Estate by Townliving, Sanctuary Lakes by Metricon, Sanctuary by Hamton, The Easton by MRCB and 661 Chapel St by Gamuda Land.
For London residential projects, her key milestones include were Napier West 3 and Woodberry Park Master Regeneration Project by Berkeley Homes, City Island by Ballymore, Imperial Wharf by St George, Avant Garde by Telford Homes, 375 Kensington High Street by St Edward Homes, Altitude and Ontario Point by CapitaLand.
