Hoang joined Red23 in January 2012 as a sales coordinator aiding in all aspects of land sales alongside the Sales Manager and coordination between the sales consultants and the developer.
She has had 4 years of experience in other aspects of property prior to joining Red23. Her valuation background enabled her to price land effectively and her previous land sales background gave her knowledge of what is required in the everyday running of a land development and the expectations of the client.
She has a hands-on approach and took care of many aspects including helping with the marketing department, wrote research and competition reports as well as weekly sales reports for the client and sales conversion dashboards for the sales manager. She went on to aid the Managing Director to help with Business Development which enabled her to meet more clients and diversify her skillset.
Currently, her key role in the Research and Business Development Division at Red23 is to provide dashboards and reporting on the current sales climate and to provide developers with in-depth pricing and trend analysis. She also plays a vital role in preparing documents for current and future clients about Red23’s services.
Hoang enjoyably continues to work across the Red23 business.
