We are delighted to announce the commencement of civil works on Stages 1 & 2 at Timbarra Estate in Beveridge. Bitu-Mill have been appointed as the civil contractor to deliver these 2 stages.
 
As previously indicated, civil works are performed in the following order: Site clean up, Earthworks, Sewer, Drainage, Water and Gas, Installation of roads, Footpaths and of course Electrical & NBN services. 

We are currently on schedule to deliver titles on both stages 1 & 2 in the 3^rd quarter of 2021. There are still a number of lots available in these 2 stages so come down and see our Estate Manager, Nick Muni at the Sales Office on 1300 032 735.
