Bitu-mill (Civil) Pty Ltd have been awarded the contract to perform the civil works for Stages 1 & 2 at Timbarra Estate in Beveridge.
 
Civil works are performed in the following order; Site Clean Up, Earthworks, Sewer, Drainage, Water and Gas, Installation of roads, footpaths and of course Electrical & NBN services. 
 
It is estimated that titles will be issued in the 3^rd Quarter of 2021.
