Managing Director Terry Portelli and the Executive team are pleased to announce that David Morgan has joined Red23 as Development and Project Management Director.

David has had an exemplary career within the property, and property related industries for the past 22 years, including with leading property groups and consulting services.  Since 2015, David has been the General Manager for Sunland Group's Victorian operation, which has delivered iconic projects such as Chirnside Gardens, Carre Residences, Province, Highton, YVE, Melbourne, Jardin Residences, Sanctuary Lakes and Chancellor, Bundoora.

In the newly created Development and Project Management division, David will be overseeing the expansion of Red23’s service offering to Developer Partners.  The new service will provide end to end development programs and management for land and medium density projects.  Functions will include market intelligence, site acquisition, master planning, authority approvals, marketing and sales, construction, finance and administration.

On David’s appointment, Managing Director of Red23, Terry Portelli said ‘It was an exciting and natural next stage for Red23 to provide our valued Developer Partners with an even greater level of service for their new residential communities.  We are very pleased that David has joined Red23 to lead this new chapter for Red23.’
