Red23 New Homes has been fortunate to be involved in the project at the time the developer was rezoning the land. We were able to use our area expertise to determine the product mix for council submission. Meeting the demand through perfecting the product mix in the Keysborough catchment has been paramount to the success of the project. We ensured a high percentage of stock had land components as private open space instead of balconies which differentiated the product from its competitors and escalated prices. Red23 also suggested for 40% of stock to be of 2 bedroom designs with single garage, suitable for first homes buyers due to affordability. 20% of stock was 3 bedrooms designs with single garage product to attract young families and a further 40% of townhouses have 3 bedrooms and 2 car garages for the downsizers and professionals.
With the lead up to its launch in 2018, we contacted all our previous purchasers in the area that had benefited from the price growth in Keysborough and offered them VIP access to the plans. This ensured a successful 1st stage sell out of 26 town homes on the opening weekend.
