Managing Director Terry Portelli and the Executive team are pleased to announce Marc Raiti has been appointed to lead Red23’s Business Development and Acquisitions.

Marc joined Red23 in early 2020 as Acquisitions Manager, after 4 years managing his own business, Innovation Property Developments.

With over 30 years experience in acquisitions, real estate sales, project management and building, Marc’s new position at Red23 will expand to provide invaluable support to Developers looking to increase their development portfolio and assist Vendors with market analysis and feasability studies.

Marc commented, “I am looking forward to expanding my role at Red23. Our main focus has always been to provide outstanding service to our Business Partners. I will be understanding the business objectives of Developers and help identify and secure developable land to compliment their current sales pipeline. Secondly, we want to assist Vendors and Agents prepare comprehensive and research led proposals for both built form and land opportunities.”
