New 50% Stamp Duty Saving available on all Everlea Townhouses from Yesterday

The Victorian Government’s budget announcements today benefit ALL buyers of Everlea’s remaining townhouses.

With the 50% stamp duty saving now available on new homes up to $1 million, up from the previous threshold of $750,000, this makes all Everlea townhouses eligible.

If for example you’re interested in purchasing a brand new Everlea Townhouse worth $785,000 to live in, your 50% stamp duty saving will be $6,955*.

As an investor purchasing an Everlea Townhouse, your 50% stamp duty saving will be $21,085*.

These significant stamp duty savings are available when you sign a contract to purchase your new home from today, 26th November 2020 through until 30thJune 2021.

With less than 25% of the estate’s townhouses remaining available and construction well underway, you can be moving in to your new 3 bedroom premium townhouse with flexible living, home office space, outdoor garden and double garage in Keysborough by the end of 2021.
