Firstly, our thoughts are with those who are directly impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the brave and committed professionals and carers who are at the frontline of this epidemic.  

With the rapid escalation of COVID-19 , Red23 have been busy over the past week planning and implementing best practices to ensure we exceed our health, safety, business and customer service standards and obligations.

The health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and purchasers are our priority.  We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and remain agile in responding to the advice of the Australian and Victorian Governments and the World Health Organisation to reduce the spread of this virus.

Our Business
During this rapidly changing environment, our business and operations remains open and we are committed to providing exceptional services to all our customers stakeholders and developer partners.  

We will continue to show leadership within the property industry and be a conduit of timely and relevant information. 

Our Staff
Our business is fortunate that many of our staff can work remotely as part of their weekly duties.  For office bound staff, we have been preparing strategies and technology to help them work from home when needed. 

Creating virtual office spaces for our staff will primarily keep our staff safe and healthy.  It also helps us to adapt easily to the increasing challenges while maintaining our level of service to customers, stakeholders and developer partners. 

Our Head Office
Our head office in Mount Waverley will remain open by appointment only and all customers must adhere to our strict hygiene requirements should they attend for any pre-arranged meetings.

Our Sales And Real Estate Offices
Our land sales offices, townhouse display suites and real estate office are operating by appointment only. Our team will continue to support sales enquiries, purchasers and residents.

Please note, to visit our sales offices, display suites or real estate office, either call or email the sales consultant to book an appointment. 

A Health Declaration will be distributed to each person intending to visit the sales office or display suite. It must be completed and returned to the sales consultant prior to their appointment.

Red23 is taking this matter seriously to ensure our staff and customer’s health and wellbeing is protected.

We urge all our customers, stakeholders and partners to play their part in controlling the spread of the virus. Please remain vigilant of the health and safety measures and advice being communicated by Federal and State Governments and leading health organisations.  Abiding by these precautions together and looking after one another, we will navigate these difficult times safely.
