According to Red23 Research, 20% of land available for sale in Metropolitan Melbourne and Greater Geelong are Titled, with a further 24% due to Title before the end of the year.

The Metropolitan Melbourne median land price fell to $320,000 in August 2020. Overall, pricing is remaining stable and the most affordable since early 2018.
